I’ve kept an eye on Pear Cafe & Bar for a while now, they started from serving coffees and simple cakes & pastries
(which made them a tad far just for a good coffee)
But recently they’ve answered my prayers and launched a new food menu so I decided it’s time to check it out!
a grungy cafe / bar with an effortless shabby chic decor
every space has a little point of difference, and I’ll always remember Pear as the ‘cafe with the Pantone mugs!’
astroturf coffee tables haha, fancy a picnic indoors?
had to take a sneak photo of the staff with the awesome tat & pen through the quiff …!

there were also specials chalked on the walls that were more solid meals but we didn’t see it until later,
the food on the menu was more like tapas / bar food servings, but they were delicious nonetheless!
we shared the cuca sardines w. kewpie mayo & bratwurst x sauerkraut
if I lived in the area this would definitely be a frequent hang out spot!
