Apples on Ainsworth

in the sleepy suburb of  Salisbury, housing only a handful of run down stores and a local lawn bowling club
hides this little gem- Apples of Ainsworth, a bustling hub of activity, drawing customers from far and wide to
visit this groovy little vintage shop / cafe,

upcycling old rice bags into comfortable cushions! (much better than burlap cushions)

everything is for sale, from the little industrial stools we were sitting on, to the ceramic cups for our coffees!

a children’s corner with crayons and toys

the wall of junktique

recycle everything! in the age where we so easily replace a properly functioning TV or cell just because there’s a newer model out
it’s comforting to see others cherishing pieces from the past

delicious Nine Owls Tea stocked here!

hardly ever see plain steel shades that hasn’t been powder coated!

lol ‘OMG I’m so RETRO’- spirit of the age

vintage wooden baby chair!

how cute are these? $15 each, made in England

our table numbers

The Big Apple – Scrambled Egg (eggcellent) Haloumi, Mushroom & Avo with Pesto

burritos mmm
